1. SECRETARY For MANAGING PARTNER.

 

 

General Requirements:

·        Female, max 28 years old.

·        Graduated from a reputable Secretarial Academy with D3 Diploma or S1 from a reputable law school.

·        Having Experience min.3 years in similar position.

·        Computer literate (MS Office, emails, internet).

·        Good personality, excellent communication skills, able to work independently or in a team.

·        Good understanding in authoring documents and corresponding.

·        Preferably has the experience working in a law firm.
 

 

Requirements :

·        Excellent command in English communication skills (written verbal).

·        Very high attention to detail.

·        Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline.

 

 

2.OFFICE  MANAGER

 

 

General Requirements:

-         Male/Female, max. 40 years old

-         S1 graduates, preferably a Bachelor of Law

-         Fluent in English, both written and speaking

-         Good personality, excellent communication skills, able to work independently or in a team

-         Honest, mature and able to perform employee planning, controlling and supervision

 

 

Requirements for Corporate Dept.:

-         Able to perform the function of coaching and counseling employees

-         Experience in Employee Recruitment Procedure  Assessment, Labor Law, Compensation Benefit, Training, Licensing General Affair

-         Experience as a HRD GA min 3 yrs, preferably have experience in Law Firm
