PROFESSIONAL NEEDED : Exploration Manager for Mining Company

CLIENT'S PROFILE : Overseas Investor for Mining Company, Tbk.  

REQUIREMENTS : 

• ·         Degree in Mining Exploration or Geology.
• ·         A minimum 4 years and maximum 7 years relevant professional work in the exploration/mining industry;
• ·         Ability to interpret geophysical exploration  data;
• ·         A strong understanding of deposit geology and multidisciplinary exploration methods and reserved evaluation;
• ·         Demonstrated track record of success in managing exploration programs;
• ·         Feasibility study and preliminary mining design;
• ·         Well develop communication, interpersonal and influencing skills (community and social affairs capabilities);
• ·         Having report writing capability (in English).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• ·         Preparing and managing exploration budget;
• ·         Applying appropriate exploration techniques and technology  to target generation;
• ·         Evaluating (both technically and commercially) resources (mining) across the potential site;
• ·         Reviewing any of exploration data (geophysical, geological, geochem etc);  capable to use the software for mapping reserved          calculation.
• ·         Understanding what drives the fundamental economics of a moderate size operation;
• ·         Responsible for planning and implementation of  exploration drilling  programs;
• ·         Overseeing and mentoring junior geologist and delivering high level reports.
