Aidenvironment Jobs Vacancy : Finance and Admin Officer
We have challenging opportunities for Finance and Admin Officer positions. You will be responsible for general administration financial administration at our office located in Bogor, where this position will be responsible under the Aidenvironment Finance Controller Section. In this position you need to combine your technical skills with leadership because you will be responsible for carrying out financial and general administrative activities and daily management. You will play a key role in all administrative processes in accordance with Indonesian law and in line with the financial administration process of our office in Amsterdam.
Main task :
- Supports the operation of accounting / financial projects for each Unit in the Office, especially transaction processing operations.
- Assist preparation of budget administration, reporting and monitoring to produce internal and external reports.
- Maintain and maintain administrative databases
- Helping transactions to run on time, maintaining an account chart, maintaining an accounting filing system in an orderly manner.
Qualifications:
1. Men and Women, D3 or S1 Accounting graduates
2. Minimum age of 25 years and have worked in accounting
3. Understanding the Accounting and Tax system
4. Experience in the management of petty cash and administration
5. Work hard, be disciplined, diligent, honest and thorough and are willing to work under pressure
6. Experienced in the Environmental organization
7. Can work in a team.
