HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
The principal accountability include; HR Budget, Internal and External Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Staff Welfare, Worker's Compensation, Human Resource Information & Office Management, Travel, Expatriate Management.
Requirements
* Male
* Age 37 - 45 years old
* Minimum 10 years experience in HR & Managerial role
* Degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field
* Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate well both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external parties.
* Experienced working in Oil & Gas industry with onshore/offshore related recruitment.
* Familiar with SAP and HRIS.
* Willing to be assigned/relocated in Surabaya
