POSITION TITLE: Corporate Finance Manager Oversees the running of the day-to-day finance operations of Company.
Job Description:
- Financial reporting
- Management reports
- Annual budgeting
- Rolling forecasting
- Lead on several corporate actions that is now undergoing in the company, as in, mergers and acquisition, strategic restructuring (with the Group), and possibly an IPO.
- Dealing with corporate finance matters such as financial modelling, financial projections, due diligence process, dealing with financial consultants, lawyers, and Indonesian financial authorities.
Requirements:
- 20+ years in Finance Department
- 5+ years as Finance Manager - Expert to deal with external (and internal) parties related to corporate finance matters.
- Strong background in running an Finance and Accounting operation, but also has the exposure to, or will be able to, deal with corporate finance matters such as financial modelling, financial projections, due diligence process, dealing with financial consultants, lawyers, and Indonesian financial authorities.
