Requirements :
• Based in Cikarang
• Female, must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience. Audit experience from Big 4 would be an advantage
• Proven abilities in leading a finance team, delivering routine as well as meeting business ad-hoc requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and ability to build relationships.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Strong understanding of investment products and macroeconomics.
• 5 years' experience in Finance department
• Excellent in financial planning and analysis skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Have good attitude and able communicate with stakeholders

Job Scopes :
• Prepare business plan projections and annual report
• Able to analyst Sales trend and market
• Manage and execute the company's investor relations plan
• Provide recommendations for new products/business models by monitoring and analyzing industry trends and growth
• Work with multiple stakeholders to gather data/information and drive processes (project management)
• Ensure the company's compliance with government regulation
• Monitor cash flow as well as cash adequacy
• Involve in financing as well as fund investment
