[CariKerja-Online] Admin Support di DNV GL

 

Dear all,

 

Berikut informasi vacant position untuk posisi Admin Support di DNV GL.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand invoicing to client (assistant from senior/peers will still be provided.)
  • Tender preparation experience is preferred.
  • Managing sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting their invoices to internal system
  • Handle travel arrangements (flight/train and hotel) for consultants
  • Prepares formal documents, such as visas, SKJ, etc
  • Maintain manual / electronic filing system
  • Manage photocopying and printing activities for training materials
  • Prepare training materials / audit documents

 

Qualifications:

  • Min. D3 or S1 (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Good filling management
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to operate PC (Ms. Office, Outlook, Internet
  • Good communication, initiative, responsive, & cooperative
  • Able to work in a team environment
