DUTIES:
1. Membangun & membuka networking serta memberi informasi tentag kegiatan sales pada kandidat
2. Mempromosikan Kegiatan sales perusahaan untuk supanya keingginan bergabung
3. Memonitor Headcount dari team GT & MT
4. Memastikan tidak ada yang kekurangan kandidatuntuk GT & MT seluruh cabang
5. Mengatur Onboarding untuk karyawan baru
6. Mempersiapkan materi on boarding per level
7. Memasukan data karyawan baru dalam data base

LEARNING DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
OBJECTIVE.
The learning and developmentcoordinatorwill have responsibility for the coordination and administrationof arange of learning and development activities and projectsas directed by the learning and development partner as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes. These will include: managing corporate induction, training administration,performance developmentscheme arrangements,supporting the provision of management informationand budget tracking
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Developing open sources, recruitment schedule
2. Manage on boarding each position
3. Developing and maintaining accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning and development activities and processes including recording and monitoring attendance, ensuring that staff requiredto attend specific workshops are easily identified and followed up.
4. Develop and facilitate relevant "in-house" training sessions / programs.
5. Liaise with training providers to ensure correct setup and equipment requirements are provided.
6. Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of a suite of Leadership Development programs
7. Make yearly plan base on TNA & monitoring quarterly programs
8. Develop and coordinate the corporate induction programs, work experience and traineeship programs.
REQUIREMENTS :
Male / female
Good communication with cross division
Educational - bachelor degree
Have 3 years experiences in the same field
Willing to work in North jakarta – ancol area
