2. PAYROLL SPECIALIST
RECRUITMENT & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities :
Supervises the activities of the employment section. Recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. And also make People development plan, execution, result base on TNA with quality approach. Candidates should be able good communication cross department & all branches
Specific Requirements :
 Experiences in people development area with Quality approach & recruitment with Target oriented, Good Analist
 has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of the team processes & Minimum supervise
 Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members
General Requirements :
1. Male & Female , Bachelor degree
2. Max 40 y.o
3. Have experiences in Project, Consultant, FMCG industry is prefered
4. Ready to work in Marina Ancol - Nort Jakarta
5. Friendly, Honest, Target Oriented
PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
 Handling payroll data 2000 employees & Entering of new hires, employee changes voluntary deductions in the payroll system
 Processing of manual checks such as terminations and discrepancies
 Prepare and process hourly and salaried bi-weekly payrolls
 Calculate new hire pay, termination pay, and any required adjustment to normal pay
 Processing stop payments or adjustments of payroll
 Calculate bonuses as requested
 Ensure that computing, withholding, and deductions are done correctly
 Knowledge of wage and hour laws
 Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
 Must have worked with a payroll size greater than 2000 employees,
 Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Word. Should be comfortable with computer applications in general
 2-3 years experience
