Job Description
Assists in planning and implementing sales to specific major accounts where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management skills are critical. This is a transitional role, focusing on learning and practicing relationship and account management skills. Typically requires significant experience in territory sales and full knowledge of the product line and its applications. Assists in the planning, establishment, and Maint of account relationships within assigned named/key accounts. Meets personal sales targets across the full line of products and/or services within assigned accounts. Monitors competitor activity in each account and participates in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies. Under guidance of more experienced account managers, learns how to build and cement strong client relationships that support long-term sales objectives.
Coordinate and supervise the sell-out achievements by implementing the account actions plans Assure the best image for the Brand in-store by coordinating with Architecture and Visual Merchandising departments Sell-In – Sell-Out – Stock estimation and follow up

REQUIREMENTS :
Graduated from a Master degree 2 years sales experience ideally in luxury fragrances and/or cosmetics Dynamic, entrepreneurial and sales spirit with good academic background. Able to speak in English required Ability to analyze Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular Ready to work in a small, dynamic and fast-growing team environment Excellent organization, analytical and human skills
