We have been awarded a long-term contract for operating (FPSO) Floating Production, Storage and Offloading to support gas development located in Madura, Indonesia. WAREHOUSE CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
- To provide safe, efficient and effective inventory management and materials co-ordination function on the facilities as company standard operating procedure.
- Record for storage, transportation, control, tracking and handling of all materials, supplies, packages, systems, and equipment of the work as per Company's procedures
- Liaise with 3rd party Shore base facility officer/Supervisors/clients/suppliers
- To provide Warehouse and logistics coordination from onshore to offshore and vice versa
- To be the single point contact between offshore facility departments and onshore supply department and to facilitate the accurate and detailed transfer of information.
- Keeping log and records of incoming/outgoing materials and equipment into the site warehouse to provide input of the Completion of SPJL (Spare Parts Inventory Lists) for all spare parts/ items for the Preventive Maintenance System on board
- Keep control over all storage/preservation and handling requirement during storing.
- Carrying out checks on received goods
- Follow up of any deficiencies found towards suppliers.
- Follow up handling and preservation requirements towards the yard.
- Follow up and plan receiving of material and equipment in accordance to the operation procurement plan and the freight forwarders logistic database.
- Keep procurement database updated with information of material status.
Qualifications:
- Male
- Age 30 – 45 years old
- An Engineer's degree or relevant technical education
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be relocated/stay in Sampang, Madura
- No rotation or daily working hours
- Able to operate computer
- Min. 2 years' experience as Warehouse Controller or Storekeeper or other relevant-technical experience.
- Min. 2 Years' experience in Inventory control or procurement preferably in the hydrocarbon or equivalent industry
- Able to identify spares and equipment and understanding of interpretation of equipment manuals and drawings
- Good understanding and knowledge of technical, contractual and commercial issues related to design and engineering of FPSOs
