JOB DESCRIPTION :
Perform the recruitment and selection process based on budget both in the projects and head office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (has Master Degree of Profession Program is preferable).
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• GPA minimum 3.00 from reputable university.
• Have Max. 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably from mining related industry.
• Hands on to operate MS Excel.
• Attention to details. Able to work in a team / individual. Eager to work under pressure.
• Willingness to be assigned to the projects.
