Crewing Staff
 

- Checking of the monthly payroll reports for salary disbursement
- Checking and recon BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in every month
- Monitoring with HSE Dept. regarding PPE kits, safety training
- Maintain crew database in hardcopy or softcopy
- Prepare time for crew to do MCU
- Organize internal training for crew approved
- Liaison with HR regarding payroll for crew
- Liaison with travel Agency to book ticket
- Coordination with site to arrange accommodation (driver, crewboat, and hotel)
- Recruit do basic interview of crew
- Prepare the crew cash and meal allowances reimbursements

  

Requirements :

1.       Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field

2.       At least 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position
3.     Max Age 28 years old

3.     Ready join anytime

4.       Required skill :

-          Experiences in handling BPJS & Payroll will be advantage

-          Handling crewing admin (checking & manage all documents crews in soft &hardcopy)

-          Hotel & flight booking
